Payments Options

What forms of payment do you accept?

We currently accept all major credit cards. 
Physical customers paying in person can also pay with cash or check.

Returned checks will result in a $35.00 processing fee and refusal of future check payments.

Shipping and Returns

What shipping service do you use?

We currently ship all packages via USPS.

What countries do you ship to?

We currently only ship to the United States.

Exceptions can be made for Canada and Australia. Please get in touch with us for info.

Do you deliver locally?

We will deliver to some local areas in Gloucester and the Middle Peninsula.
Local deliveries require two days for handling and delivery. (e. If you order on Monday, it will be delivered by Wednesday) Sundays are excluded from this 2-day delivery policy.
Local deliveries are charged a $5.95 handling and delivery fee.

What is your return policy?

All custom-blend items are final sale. Clients can receive a sample size of the product to use for a few days to determine the final formulation if they choose.
Non-custom-blend items may be returned for credit if shipped or physically brought back within seven days of purchase.
Gift certificates are non-refundable and non-transferable.

How do you calculate shipping fees?

All domestic packages shipping to the continental US are shipped at a flat rate of $9.95
Products shipping to Australia and Canada are charged according to standard USPS shipping rates + handling fee for that country.

What is your average handling time (from order date to ship date)

Pre-packaged and ready-to-wear products: 48 hours, whether shipped or delivered locally.
Custom-blend makeup: 72 hours, whether shipped or delivered locally.

What are your Cancellation and Late-Arrival Policies?


I request a 24-hour advanced notification if you need to cancel your standard appointment. 
Special occasion appointments require a 72-hour cancellation notice. (e.g., wedding or prom)
However, we certainly know life happens and don’t want to punish someone for canceling at the last minute. So, we waive your cancellation fee the first time you cancel within the 24 or 72-hour window (see above). But future bookings will require a % fee if you cancel within the 24 or 72-hour window again.


Please arrive about five minutes early for your appointment. 
Our time with each client is precious, and we do not want to run behind or rush through services.
If you are late, we may need to shorten your appointment accordingly or re-schedule you.

If you know you are going to be late, PLEASE TEXT us! 
We keep my ringers off when we are with clients. But we do receive text notifications and check them regularly.
If you will be 15 minutes or more late, please understand if we need to reschedule. 
Depending on our bookings, the other option may be to shorten your treatment, which is not always possible.

If you are 15 minutes or more late, and we have not heard from you via TEXT, you are a no-show, and your appointment is forfeited. 
Future bookings will require a credit card to reserve your appointment and a % fee if you are a no-show again or cancel within the 12 or 24-hour window.

Gift Certificates

Can I give a gift certificate I have received to someone else?

No, gift certificates are not transferable.

Can I get a refund for a gift certificate?

No, gift certificates are not refundable.

Does my gift certificate expire?

Purchased gift certificate balances do not expire until five years after the date of purchase of the card or five years after the most recent refill (for a card balance).

Donated gift certificates, such as for charity raffles, do have an expiration date, which is clearly stated on the certificate.
